Sleeping, Eating, Pooping

Wow, it's so boring here at home. When I first got here, I met the cats: Tiger and Birdie, but they haven't come back to play with me (at least when I'm awake: Every time I try to say "Hi" they run away).

It's not as bright here as in the hospital. I get to sleep for longer without annoying nurses bugging me. I'm still on three medications: Aspirin, to keep from clotting around the shunt (which I'll be on for a long time); Lasix, to keep flushing out excess fluid from the surgery; and Digoxin, to keep my heart pumping strong. The last two medications, I should only be on for a few more weeks.

The Lasix is a diuretic, which gets me a lot of attention from Mommy and Daddy because I keep overflowing my diapers.

I'm going back to sleep now. Enjoy some pictures of Daddy and me from Saturday in the hospital. ☺
